90-99% of malware comes from legit sites?

    http://www.h-online.com/security/news/item/Trojan-attacks-now-almost-solely-from-legitimate-websites-1031631.html

"Avast reports reports that there are now 99 "normal" infected web sites for every infected "adult" site."

"Symantec has come to a similar conclusion.... the share of legitimate web sites among manipulated web sites rose from 80% in 2009 to 90% this year."

If it is legit sites, those sites should be banned altogether and domain blocked. Why a normal user has to suffer because of poor /no security measures...

    Scenario:

    Boss: You're fired!
Employee: Why? What did I do wrong?
Boss: You went browsing adult-sites during work time and got the company's PC infected with shitty pop-ups...and what else!!!
Employee: I did...browse for sexy babes...BUT it was the other bloke working for you that infected the PC...by visiting the company's own website (kid's toys)...I'm innocent.
